We live in Rarotonga and ordered our rings online. We were unsure about the colour gold that we wanted, so Laurel sent samples of the metal to our parents house for them to look at. The customer service was outstanding and we are very pleased with our final rings.

I contacted Shannon at Good Gold about 10 days before our wedding. She was so responsive and helpful, even sending through extra photos of two rings side by side for me so I could compare them! I got married in 2021 and just didn't feel like any wedding band truly represent my husband or I, so I choose to go without. I found Good Gold through Instagram instantly falling in love with the company, styles of rings and the ethical approach to collecting gold. I am from New Zealand but live in Australia and absolutely adore the fact that I have a piece of home with me wherever I go.

An absolutely wonderful experience, starting with the faultless communications from Tamsin through to the skill behind the perfectly made ring. The added bonus being that it is entirely made of and in New Zealand.
Before finding Good Gold, we spent an afternoon walking round jewellery stores asking if they knew the source of the Gold in their wedding bands. Pretty much everyone looked at and reacted to us, as if we were crazy... And, no one could tell us anything about the gold. So we jumped online and looked for ethically and locally sourced wedding ring companies. The pickings were slim but Good Gold floated to the top of the pile as the best. We had our ring sizes measured at the jewellery stores we visited so it was a pretty simple process of ordering our rings. Once they arrived, my wife's ring was a little small due to Good Gold providing half sizes (so we werent exactly sure what size she should be). So we contacted good gold and provided a photo of a ring we knew fitted in some callipers. Our wedding was coming up very fast so Tamsyn provided a print out for sending the ring back free of charge and the resized ring was back to us within 5 days. Fitted perfectly.
We love our rings, appreciate knowing they are made from New Zealand Gold and appreciated the fantastic customer service. I wont, but if I ever need another wedding ring, I will be visiting Good Gold again, that said, I would recommend them to any engaged couples.
